House of Harlow Floral Dress *Never Worn*

Really cute chiffon floral dress by House of Harlow. The length comes to the knees. It has a turtle neck look with three silver buttons on the back. It also has zipper in the back that stops close to the top, which creates a cute cut out look. Very sweet simple dress of great quality. Never been worn :)
