franraefashion @dpeter67108 the waist measurement for this skirt is approx 23-24” laying flat. It has an elastic waistband and is very stretchy! I would say it stretches 2-3” ☺️

franraefashion @annetteocampo yes. It’s the same skirt/photo from Revolve and does stretch about 2-3”. The skirt is no longer sold in black, so the lowest I will take for it is what I already offered. Sorry!
