House of Harlow 1960 convertible/strapless tweed mini dress. Red burgundy, black and golden metallic thread detail. Square neckline. Removable straps. Silicone around top inside. Lined. Side zipper closure. Size small. Approximate measurements laying flat are 15 1/2”pit to pit, 14” waist, and 23” mid back to hem. New with tag but does have a slight pull of the gold thread on the back which I noted in last picture. Such a great dress for the holidays!
