This is a very nice pair of women's size 6 pants by House of Harlow 1960. They are high-waisted, wide leg, ankle length. Black. These are in excellent condition only worn a couple times. Still like new. They have a nice sleek black outer material with a soft silky inner material. They are high-waisted with an elastic band for comfort and flexibility. Perfect for an office/professional outfit or a semi-casual boho or Y2K outfit. If I remember correctly this is an older Christina Ricci brand.
