@alkinbee I guess that depends on what your definition of rare is. I don’t see things like this often at typical retail stores, and I bought it at an antique shop so that’s why I called it rare :)

@baileyhama13 it is a RARE piece. It is from House of Faberge’ sold through Franklin Mint.
I want to say that they retired this piece of beautiful artwork but I can’t back that up.
