Will you please take this dress and lay it out flat and measure it for me from the top of the shoulders to the end of the lining on the bottom of the dress? I bought a small in this style and when I measured it, it only went to 28 but online it says it’s 34 I think that the dress might have been washed and shrunk!! TYIA!
