Hi! Does this definitely have stretch? What is the material? I have bought two skirts in houndstooth in my size and they are not true to size so I am worried about taking another chance.

@smkerr717 it's not "stretchy" but does have a little give to make it a fitted pencil skirt. Definitely true to size as an 8.
