Houndstooth pleated skirt with elastic waist

Pleated front skirt with elastic waistband (back of waist) Fits size extra small to small. Measures apron 16” long. Waist measures 12” across but with elastic stretched measures 16” across. For reference I am a 26” waist and this fits me well. Great condition! Very clean, no stains. Smoke free and pet free home.
