Thank you so much for the bundle offer. Quick question: does this jacket have actual arm sleeves? Or is it just a cape? Also, I'm 5'3 130 lb, normal build size 6-8. Do you think this will fit? I know sometimes Luii can fit a little small. Thank you so much
