Off the shoulder flared sleeves, open underneath for comfort and ease of movement, a corseted waist and column skirt This dress is NWT but in hand cleaning some spots on the bottom the outer lining did seem to shrink a bit causing the lining to hang a tad bit lower but can easily be fixed with an alteration.
