Hot in Hollywood Brown Suede Slouch Boot sz6-6.5 Like New Shaft Approx 15"

I cannot find the size, so I took measurements and compared to average boot sizing chart, and everything points to a women's size 6-6.5. I wear 8-8.5, and I could not get my foot in the top of the boot past the first 2 inches? So I googled all about them, was finally able to see the name in the bottom, "Hot in Hollywood", but no size. Please look carefully at my pics & measurements. I purchased blindly b/c they are so nice!
