Pre owned. There are enough pieces for cars to go from top to bottom. You have to nudge the cars along in some parts. Missing a few pieces, one of the stands on the bottom and garage handle on left side. Comes with four hot wheel cars. Will be dismantled to ship. Smoke free. Approx 19"x19"
