Hot Topic X Outlander Maxi Skirt 2X

Outlander fan? Like a breezy maxi skirt? This piece will not disappoint. A beautiful blue-green, this long skirt contains the Fraser crest and pretty Celtic knots. I struggled with Hot Topic's sizing before, so sized up. Whoops. This skirt is definitely a 3 but is made for a tall person. I am five foot three, and it falls beyond my feet.
