Hot Topic Red Queen Dress NWT! Not sold in stores or online anymore. It does run just slightly small (I have a few M size dresses from HT that fit perfectly). Halter ties, with off the shoulder sleeves. The corset front makes it a bit adjustable. Red skirt with gold shiny hearts, and gold tulle underneath for some fluff.
