SO CUTE! This medium Hot Topic dress features a side zip and tie at the back top. White music notes cover the black background. V-neck. Super cute with a belt (shown for styling only), leather jacket and boots. Great condition, worn once. Iron/steam it, as it's been packed in a moving box.  Originally was $30.
