Hot Topic Doctor Who Police Box Cardigan Medium

This is a preowned, still looks good Hot Topic Dr. Who cardigan in a size medium. There is a small snag on the left side over the Union Jack. I added a picture. Flat measurements: 16” from armpit to armpit, 22.5” from shoulder to bottom, 15” from armpit to bottom and 15” across the bottom. Flat measurements are also in the pictures.
