Hot Topic Black Velvet Dress Size Small

This is a stretchy black velvet fit and flare dress with a sweetheart neckline. You can't really tell from the pictures, but it has 2 lines going down the front to help give you the shape! The sleeves are a little puffy with lace, and the upper chest is mesh with little polka dots. THIS DRESS IS SO CUTE 😍
