So sorry,I did not see the damage,probably because they still.have the tags
They came from wardrobe dept
At studios..take a pic of damage and send to me and Posh stating you want to return they will.direct you from there..again so soryy about this

Is this the original packaging it came in? The packing shows a gold series curling iron and the product in the packing is clearly gray.
