Hot Skirt with halter top size small-medium from Cabo San Lucas

Purchased in Cabo San Lucas. Darling skirt and halter top. Size 9-11 but runs a little small more like a size 8-10. Check the measurements given below. Great for a day walking on the beach or a swim suit/bathing suit cover-up. Made of 100% cotton (Algodon in Spanish on the label). Skirt is 19.5” long, 13.5” wide at the waist lying flat. The shirt is 7” from below the armpit to the bottom of the shirt.
