Hot Red Pleated Shoulder Romper

This adorable romper has a polished look with a crisp chintz fabric and a pretty pleated off the shoulder sillouette 4" inseam. Sixe M but runs small. Fits a 0-2 best. This would work for anything in between a shower to a night out depending on shoes and accessories! I love this, but never had a chance to wear it.
