Hot Miami Styles blue off the shoulder crop top

This light blue off the shoulder crop top is a size medium. It is in like new condition with no flaws. Worn exactly one time (modern jasmine comic con). Says size medium but fits like a small. The material is double layered so it’s nice and not too thin.
