friesindakitten @juleneanne I don't really know how but I don't mind learning me and husband are trying to get it b right but I have a big bust does that matter ? Do I leave the jacket on or off when taking??

juleneanne Take jacket off. Zip it up completely. Measure the length (top of shoulder to bottom of coat), sleeve length (armpit to bottom wrist), and bust (right below the armpit area of coat, going across horizontally). Make sure to only measure it while flat, NOT THE CIRCUMFRENCE. Thanks @friesindakitten
