peachygalshop @cbsalomon sorry I didn’t see this sooner. The waist measurement lying flat is 12” but it’s a smocked elastic waistband so there is a lot of flexibility for the waistline.

peachygalshop @rosiehurtado7 only in the hot pink color. For this khaki color, I only have one small left. The waist band is elastic and sizing down is possible since they are a relaxed fit. But it is hard to measure since it’s a wide elastic band. I might restock this color and can tag you if I am able to.
