It slips (pull over) over the waist/hip area with an adjustable button that attaches to jeans to allow expansion/belly growth. It is labeled youth and I'm not quite sure if it's intended for a girl or woman so please base fit on measurement provided. The material content isn't listed, however it feels like a cotton/polyester/spandex blend. It possibly could work for maternity too. Note: The stock photos are included as an example on how to use this band. The tan band is not included. Approximate Measurements Unstretched 14" across, lying flat I also have a white one that I will include for free. It does have a snag/run in the fabric however if you can use it, I would be happy to include it also.
