Hot & Delicious black see thru mesh rusched dress

This Hot & Delicious black ruched dress is tiny! It has stretch but it’s tiny. The sleeves are see thru but the rest do the dress is double layered. You still may need something underneath it. The tag says it is a size S. I don’t know about that, it looks like an XXS. Is it Chinese sizing? I don’t know. See measurement pictures.
