Hot & Delicious ModCloth Diner Dress

This dress is by Hot & Delicious and was purchased through ModCloth. It is navy and pale pink and the collar has a retro diner waitress look to it. There is some wear in the waist that is barely noticeable. The back of the waist is elastic and the material seems satiny.
