THESE RUN EXTREMELY SMALL!! I'm usually a 28 or 29. These are 31. Raquel skinny fit. Bottom of leg measures 5.5". Inseam is 30. These were ordered online and did not come with tag. I couldn't talk the hubby into a hog to necessitate the need for these, so I guess it's time to get them to someone who will actually have a place to wear them. As I said, these run small and there is no stretch at all. Would fit 29 just fine.
