Hi. I’ve just measured and will add the photo too. It measures pit to pit 20 1/2” — so total 41”. Hope it will work for you it’s really a beautiful blouse !

Sorry I haven't gotten back to you I broke my foot so L am not doing too well, I have checked the Alexis website and found that there items are to small for me but not by much so I don't think that this top will fit,I'm very sorry.
