Vintage, 1988 Calendar Poster. Authentic original peace propaganda poster from former Soviet Union / Kyiv, Ukraine. Impeccably made, good quality print on heavy, linen paper. Issued by the governing authority in Kyiv " PolitVydav" which translates loosely: Political Publisher. Artist & date credited at bottom. Voyevoda 1987. Stamped by "committee for preserving peace". Minor wear. 23"×35" Text at top: We Need Peace Remarkable artifact of the Soviet Union’s Perestroika era. Sadly ironic. We stand with Ukraine and all proceeds will go towards humanitarian aid directly to refugees. Thank you. ✌️
