This is the size Small baby blue colored French Terry Hoodie. The Pet Life Fashion French Terry Dog Hoodie is composed of 100% Smooth Soft Ultra-Plush French Terry Cotton. The hood can be adjusted by tightening the strings, while this sweater is machine washable and features an above leash slit holder. Mort is about 8lbs for reference... he usually wears a Small, but you can see that this one just swallows him. Its beyond adorable, but its just way too big on him. The measurements that are on the tags really aren't correct. This is for pups that have a 20 inch chest (just behind their front legs) and it even gets a bit wider at the end. The neck is 14 inches around and the length is 10 inches from name of the neck to the tail. The hood is huge and SO CUTE, so if you have any questions just ask me and we'll make sure it fits your furbaby perfectly β€οΈ

@elena4you girl! Paxton... his big brother just got diagnosed with diabetes! oh my god, it was super scary for a while. the BIG hurricane we had... I got canned food for in case we lost power and we were blackout for 6 days so their fresh food went bad and when Pax ate the canned food ge got SO sick. like, scary sick

@elena4you and then a couple days later I was walking on the rug and felt a crunch under my heel and ONE OF HIS TEETH JUST...FELL OUT OF HIS POOR LITTLE MOUTH! I rushes him to the vet and they did bloodwork... his insulin levels were at 700. (supposed to be at 140 π¨) so now Mort's big brother gets insulin shots twice a day. When he got sick from the canned food... he was in diabetic shock. it's been... a scary month.

@demiurge poor baby is going through it. My doggy Shay had diabetes; started peeing in the house and became aggressive: at age 16 we had to put her to sleep ππΌ itβs heart breaking when they pass π we can only love & take care of them right ? π«

@elena4you he's getting there. he's supposed to have surgery to remove his bad teeth. I guess the diabetes just...does that sometimes. once his bloodwork comes back closer to "normal" he's getting surgery and then I think he'll be much better. but he's sure costing his momma a ton of money!

@elena4you oh my goodness!! pax is 13. I've never dealt with diabetes. this is a serious learning curve for me. he gets 4 units twice a day... it seems like a lot. but he was doing the same thing! drinking a TON of water and having accidents all over the house. but that's stopped thankfully. I told my partner that for Christmas I want a Pax and Mort (and their oldest brother they never met) tattoo. it's like... super important I get a piece of all 3 of them

@demiurge I was scared injecting Shay but after awhile it was easy. The peeing was less but very moody poor fur baby. Vet care is costly $$$ just like people health care its skyrocketing sadly.

@elena4you oh my god! me too! I tell Paxy every day how sorry I am that he got a momma who has a fear of needles that rivals my fear of clowns. I literally have panic attacks every single time I pull out a new needle. but I started him on raw food (Stella and Chewys) and it really seems to be helping him a lot
