Hoss long black fringe dress

Excellenct condition, only worn once! This dress is truly flattering and elegant! I held onto it longer than I normally would have because it’s so beautiful and I wanted to wear it again but sadly have had no opportunity to! It’s a size 36 which translates into about a 4. The brand is Hoss, I bought it Anthropologie about three years ago.
