Hortizontal Paper Cutter

Hortizontal Paper Cutter. Holds 24” roll. Wooden dowel 3/4”. No blade paper is cut by blunt edge. Rubber feet. Paper not included but pictures show very small roll of paper. Excellent condition. I used for meat wrapping paper but no longer need. Folds flat for storage. G Stainless Cab
