Horse pony bird quirky critter print tunic dress

Dress is about 30” from shoulder to bottom hem. Elasticized waist is 12” and stretches to about 19” flat. Belt loops. Fully lined. There are some snags in the fabric- see photos. Mannequin is a size 2-4 and has a 34” bust.
