When creating the collection, we sought to make modern heirlooms - dresses that will be treasured and handed down like the Horrockses originals, living up to the original tagline: 'This year, next year - and always.' Crafted from soft and breathable Organic Cotton poplin with added stretch, Nell features an all-over tulip print in shades of periwinkle blue, green, and cream designed by Joyce Badrocke in 1952. Nell also features a penny collar, a button-through front bust with pintuck detailing, a vintage-inspired fabric-covered belt with an O-ring buckle at the waist, cap sleeves, and a knee-length full skirt with a gathered waistline and pockets at the hip.
