Hops and Pops Skirt

Rare frog band print. New Orleans vibes. I had the waist taken in so it would sit higher. You can see the two pleats in the photo. As is, the waist is 27 inches. If you cut the threads where the pleats are, the waist will be its original measure of 28.5 inches. The length of the skirt is 19 inches. Excellent condition. Check out my closet for more Lilly.
