Hope and Harlow High Low Denim Dress

High low maxi dress in two different shades of denim with fringes at the bottom. Zipper back. Very comfortable and great for summer and fall! This is a size two but it will fit up to a 6-8 with a smaller chest (I am a 36b) for reference.
