kathi115 Hi Barbara, I was allowed to scan my drivers license and take a comma out of address this morning for part of the verification process. Geez at 69 years of age and to have the same address and credentials for as long as I can remember— this is troubling. I have so many great love notes etc, but still stuck. After doing everything they have asked for, the app tells me they are reviewing everything and will be done in awhile. Are you willing to give this a few more hours?
