One size fits all. I am a size medium and wore this, and had plenty of room and then some. Like new condition - only worn once. Bonus - I had it professionally steamed because it arrived incredibly wrinkled. So, you can skip that step. The pink, sparkly bow is attached with a safety pin and can be removed.
