From the Hong Kong based clothing line, “2%”, a charcoal grey asymmetrical tank top with a 9” chiffon ruffle hem. Perfect with shorts, maxi skirt, leggings and even as a swimsuit cover up. Unable to read the label. Believe this is a size small. Width across the chest- 17”. Believe the fabric is cotton/polyester. Gently pre-owned.
