These really do live up to the comfort hype!! I was just in between sizes and decided to go up to the M for comfort. The S is definitely a 34 band size which even on the furthest extender is a little tight for me. Both are included - black & white Black is almost new - worn once White is gently worn a bit more as I bought them separately
