Honey and Rosie emerald green and silver tinsel mini dress

This is a size small, I have attached measurements. It was bought and worn once for homecoming. Absolutely stunning dress. The back is gorgeous with the lace. The are some a snag it looks like towards the bottom- I attached a photo otherwise this is an absolute party dress that stands out! Paid top dollar for it at Dillards and it has lots of life in it for the next owner!
