Brand new Urban Decay Sparkling honey body powder. This is brand new in the box. I never used this I just had it sitting in my makeup collection. The powder does not have any way to close it so it looks like some spilled out into the top of the container and also the powder puff from when it was originally shipped . I will put something over the container holes to protect it when shipping
