Honey Belle Green shift tassel dress small

Honey Belle green, caged neckline, dress with tassels. The dress was NWT but when I steamed it to take photos it got a few marks. So I removed the tags and washed it. Photo 6 shows the marks and photo 8 shows that they came out in the wash. So this is washed but never worn. Size small Boho
