Black real leather with gold buckles . Has a front pocket with two straps that have buttons under neath that snap it closed. Zipper is in good condition and very sturdy . Can be used as a cross body. The strap is adjustable and you can take them off and hook them on the back of the bag as well. (As you can see the back rings in the back). Big enough for my lap top air to fit if that gives you good estimate for size.
