Homemade clutch

This appears to be brand new in original packaging. I took it out of the plastic to take photos of it. Pretty certain it's homemade. It's made a little strangely so you wouldn't be able to fit a whole lot in it, just the important bare necessities like chapstick, ID, credit card and cash. It has metal loop handles. It's never been used as far as I know. I'm not even certain how I acquired it.
