Homemade Yellow dress, size unknown

Homemade yellow dress, size unknown. However, it was made for a female who normally wears a size XS and S. Please refer to measurements, however, measurements are estimates. The lining inside of one of the sleeves is coming apart, however, can be easily sew together again (it's not noticeable from the outside).
