Home made dress, blue shift with a kick skirt ruffle. Sleeveless with a scoop neck, zipper back and hand detailed beads around the collar and back zipper. Small wear hole under one of the arms, see photo otherwise in good condition. I believe vintage and this would be around a size 14 but please see measurements.
