Description: This has 3/4 sleeves, no pockets or pleating, a tie on the inside, and a tie on the outer side of dress, with a tiered design on the very bottom rear hem; the edges of the dress are unfinished and slightly frayed. The color is a shade of muted blue that may look a little darker online. Label:  Made in USA Fabric:  52% silk, 48% cotton, hand dyed, sewn in New Mexico. Even though this states machine washable, we don't advise it, hand wash. Condition: Excellent condition. Though we have no idea what this looked like new.
