Homecoming dress: is a 0 fits a 00 or 2

Absolutely stunning dress, I loved wearing this and felt so confident in it!! Even though it was strapless it stayed up very well and I have a small bust but this could definitely fit a bigger bust. The dress has cups in it and zips up in the back. No stains and all the beading is there. The dress has not been altered. Also I got lots of compliments, it’s very simple and catches the eye! Only worn once for a few hours and no stains.
