Homecoming dress/ Fiesta Fashion XS formal dress

Fiesta Fashion formal dress size XS. the top is very sparkly gold appliques more like a champagne color. bottom is very frilly in black and champagne. the back is corset laced and there are 2 small black spots on the tie (i included a photo). barely noticeable. there are also a couple black spots INSIDE of dress in the front that may be makeup but wont see when its on and may come out.
